All the models are made to order. This means that I will start working on your item only after the order is placed, depending on your fabric choices and size. It usually takes me about 2 weeks to finish your clothes and have them ready to ship. Then the delivery time depends on your destination (see section Shipping).

The only items that are already made and are ready to ship within 1-3 days are the items listed in section "Sale". These items can't be customized and are made in fabric and size specified in each listing.

Please check the sizes. It might be different from what you're used to with other clothes.

Payment for non-European countries has to be made via PayPal. For European countries, there's another option of paying by Revolut app or debit card. See section Payment for more information.

Please keep in mind that everything is hand made so slight differences from the pictures can be expected. On the bright side - each piece is one-of-a-kind. As for the colors, every monitor has a little different color setting and although the colors look exactly right on my monitor, they might look a bit different on yours.

If you like something in the gallery but can’t find it in the shop, send me an email, we might be able to figure something out. Also, if you have any specific ideas or different color/fabric combinations in mind, it never hurts to ask :)

If you find some fabric that you really like, I'd recommend not to hesitate too long before ordering your piece. Some of the fabric types from the fabric gallery are in steady supply and can be re-ordered, but with most of the fabrics I only have a few meters and I can't buy more of them anymore. Although I try to keep good track of what I have available, sometimes it can happen that I won't have enough of the fabric for the piece you've chosen and ordered. In such case, I'll send you an email once I find out about that and either offer you a different option or cancellation of your order. It doesn't happen very often, but I think it is better to be prepared than dissappointed later ;)
